Na osnovu člana 33 stav 1 tačka 3 Statuta Savremene gimnazije u Beogradu, opština Zemun, Ul. cara Dušana br. 34 (u daljem tekstu: Škola), Osnivački odbor Škole, na sednici održanoj 01. 12. 2020. godine, doneo je:

Pursuant to Article 33, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Statute of Savremena Gimnazija in Belgrade, Municipality of Zemun, 34 Cara Dušana Street (hereinafter: School), the School’s Founding Committee, at the meeting held on 01 December 2020, adopted the following:

Article 1

Ovim pravilnikom bliže se uređuju uslovi i način pohađanja Kombinovanog programa u Savremenoj gimnaziji (u daljem tekstu: Škola), fond časova na Kombinovanom programu, internacionalni kurikulum, način prijave i polaganja ispita, kao i druga pitanja od značaja za realizaciju Kombinovanog programa.

These Regulations determine the conditions and mode of attending the Combined Programme at Savremena Gimnazija (hereinafter: School), the number of lessons, the international curriculum, the exam application and examination procedures, as well as other issues relevant to the realisation of the Combined Programme.

Kombinovani program predstavlja program Škole koji omogućava učenicima da pohađaju nastavne planove i programe za nacionalne gimnazije u Republici Srbiji i dodatni internacionalni kurikulum međunarodno priznate institucije Cambridge Assessment International Education na engleskom jeziku. 

The Combined Programme constitutes the School’s programme that provides education in accordance with the Republic of Serbia’s national gymnasium curricula along with the additional international curriculum of the internationally recognised institution Cambridge Assessment International Education in the English language.

Nacionalni planovi i programi propisani su od strane Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije.

The national curricula are defined by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.

Internacionalni kurikulum koji učenici pohađaju na engleskom jeziku sprovodi se prema planu i programu Cambridge Assessment International Education, Velika Britanija (u daljem tekstu: Cambridge International), na osnovu akreditacije Savremene gimnazije, pod registracionim brojem EA051. 

The English-mediated international curriculum is defined by Cambridge Assessment International Education, Great Britain (hereinafter: Cambridge International), in accordance with the School’s accreditation EA051. 

Internacionalni kurikulum je program The Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education (u daljem tekstu: AICE), pod okriljem Cambridge International.

The international curriculum constitutes The Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education programme (hereinafter: AICE), courtesy of Cambridge International.

Nastava prema internacionalnom kurikulumu iz člana 2 sprovodi se na engleskom jeziku.

The teaching according to the international curriculum mentioned in Article 2 unfolds in the English language. 

Da bi učenik stekao uslov za pohađanje Kombinovanog programa, mora ostvariti rezultat na testiranju znanja engleskog jezika koji odgovara najmanje nivou A2 prema Zajedničkom evropskom okviru za žive jezike, uz preporuku znanja engleskog jezika na nivou B1 radi postizanja boljih rezultata i ostale uslove koje Savremena gimnazija postavlja pred učenike kao uslov za upis u vezi sa uspehom i vladanjem u osnovnoj školi (odnosno u srednjoj školi, u slučaju prelaska iz drugih škola u Savremenu gimnaziju u višim razredima).

To meet the requirements for attending the Combined Programme, student’s results at a relevant English language test must meet the threshold corresponding at least to the A2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, with B1 level recommended for better results, along with fulfilling the other requirements set by the School regarding the potential students’ elementary school achievement (or secondary school achievement, in case of transfer of secondary school students from - Prosverni glasnikother schools to Savremena).

Na osnovu člana 5 Zakona o srednjem obrazovanju i vaspitanju („Službeni glasnik RS”, 55/2013, 101/2017, 27/2018 i dr. zakoni,10/19 i  6/20)/ i u skladu sa članom 25 Statuta Savremene gimnazije, Škola može pružati nastavu na maternjem i stranom jeziku u zavisnosti od kurikuluma u okviru kog se izučava predmet.

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Law on Secondary Education (“Official Gazette of RS” 55/2013, 101/2017, 27/2018 and other relevant legislation) and Article 25 of the Statute of Savremena Gimnazija, the School can teach in the student’s first language or in a foreign language, depending on the subject’s curricular framework. 

Na osnovu Kombinovanog programa iz člana 2 ovog pravilnika, zvaničan jezik za administraciju i dokumentaciju Škole jeste srpski jezik, kao službeni jezik Republike Srbije.

According to the Combined Programme mentioned in Article 2 of this document, the official language of the School’s administration and documentation is the Serbian language, as the official language in the Republic of Serbia.

Sva dokumentacija i administracija na nacionalnom programu regulisana je zakonima Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja i kao takva je predstavljena na srpskom jeziku, kao službenom jeziku Republike Srbije. 

All documentation and administration at the national programme is subject to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development’s legislation and therefore presented in the Serbian language as the official language in the Republic of Serbia. 

Na osnovu stava 1 ovog člana, internacionalni kurikulum uređen je prema pravilnicima Cambridge International, te se nastava AICE predmeta, kao i administracija i dokumentacija u vezi sa internacionalnim kurikulumom, sprovode na engleskom jeziku, koji je zvaničan jezik Cambridge International. 

Pursuant to the first paragraph of this article, the international curriculum is defined in accordance with the Cambridge International regulations, and the teaching of AICE subjects, as well as the administration and documentation concerning the international curriculum, is mediated in the English language, which is the official language of Cambridge International. 

Nastava iz AICE predmeta, provere znanja AICE predmeta i ispiti Cambridge International u potpunosti se izvode na engleskom jeziku. Iz navedenog razloga, učenik je dužan da stekne uslov za pohađanje Kombinovanog programa prema stavu 2 člana 3 ovog pravilnika. 

The AICE subject teaching, knowledge assessments and examinations are fully implemented in the English language. For this reason, the student is obliged to meet the requirement for attending the Combined Programme as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of this document’s Article 3.

Plan i program na Kombinovanom programu čine predmeti prema planu i programu nacionalne gimnazije RS i predmeti AICE programa.

The curriculum of the Combined Programme comprises subjects according to Republic of Serbia’s national gymnasium programme and the AICE programme subjects.

Učenici pohađaju nastavu iz predmeta AICE programa: Engleski jezik 1, Engleski jezik 2, Globalne perspektive, Biznis i Informacione tehnologije, koji su uređeni pravilnicima Cambridge International, dostupnim na internet stranici Cambridge International.

The students attend classes in AICE programme subjects: English Language 1, English Language 2, Global Perspectives, Business, and Information Technology, in accordance with Cambridge International’s regulations available at Cambridge International internet page. 

Nedeljni fond časova nastave iz AICE predmeta iznosi pet časova nedeljno u I i II razredu i šest časova nedeljno u III i IV razredu.

The number of classes per week allocated for AICE subjects is five in the first two years and six in the final two years.

Plan i program za predmete Engleski jezik 1 i Globalne perspektive u I i II razredu uređen je tako da učenicima omogućava izlazak na ispite English as a Second Language i Global Perspectives u okviru International General Certificate of Secondary Education (u daljem tekstu: IGCSE) kvalifikacije Cambridge International organizacije.

The curriculum for English Language 1 and Global Perspectives in the first two years is formulated so that it enables the students to sit for English as a Second Language and Global Perspectives examinations as part of International General Certificate of Secondary Education (hereinafter: IGCSE) qualification by Cambridge International organisation.

IGCSE kvalifikacija iz stava 4 ovog člana priprema učenike za samostalno razmišljanje i polaganje ispita na engleskom jeziku. 

IGCSE qualification from this article’s Paragraph 4 prepares students for independent thinking and sitting for examinations in the English language. 

U III i IV razredu učenici pohađaju sve predmete iz stava 2 ovog člana u okviru AICE programa.

In the final two years, students attend all lessons in subjects stipulated in this Article’s Paragraph 2 as part of the AICE programme. 

Škola zadržava pravo na promenu fonda časova iz AICE predmeta u slučaju potrebe učenika i Škole, a sa ciljem postizanja boljih rezultata na ispitima iz AICE predmeta.

School reserves the right to adjust the number of AICE subject classes to better meet the needs of the students and the School, in order to improve the results achieved at AICE subject examinations.

Nastava AICE predmeta odvija se u okviru rasporeda predviđenog za učenike Kombinovanog programa, a u kome su inkorporirani časovi predmeta nacionalne gimnazije i časovi AICE predmeta. Raspored časova izrađuje Savremena gimnazija.

The teaching of AICE subjects takes place according to the schedule determined for the Combined Programme students, incorporating national gymnasium subject lessons and lessons in AICE subjects. The timetable is determined by the School.

Engleski jezik 1 se sprovodi kroz jedan čas nedeljno u I i II razredu i kroz dva časa nedeljno u III razredu. Učenici ispit iz AICE English predmeta polažu na kraju III razreda. Ukoliko učenik ne položi ispit u junu, u prvom predviđenom roku za polaganje, učenik može izaći na isti ispit u novembarskom roku iste godine pod uslovom objašnjenim u članu 11.

English Language 1 is implemented through one lesson per week in the first two years and two classes per week in the final two years. The students sit for an examination in AICE English subject at the end of the third year. Students who do not pass the exam in June, at the first scheduled examination time, can take the same exam in the November period, under the condition explained in Article 11.

Na kraju II razreda, učenik može izaći na ispit IGCSE English as a Second Language u okviru programa IGCSE Cambridge Assessment International Education, Velika Britanija. 

At the end of the second year, students can sit for IGCSE English as a Second Language examination as part of the programme IGCSE Cambridge Assessment International Education, Great Britain. 

Učenici su u obavezi da polože sve komponente ispita (dva pismena ispita) kako bi uspešno položili AICE English Language.

The students must pass all components of the examination (two written exams) in order to successfully complete the AICE English Language examination. 

Engleski jezik 2 se sprovodi kroz dva časa nedeljno u IV razredu. Učenici stiču uslov za izlazak na ispit iz AICE English General Paper na kraju IV razreda. Ukoliko učenik ne položi ispit u junu, u prvom predviđenom roku na kraju IV razreda, učenik može izaći na isti ispit u novembarskom roku iste godine, pod uslovom bojašnjenim u članu 11.

English Language 2 is implemented through two lessons per week in the fourth year. The students become eligible for AICE English General Paper examination at the end of the fourth year. If the student does not pass the exam in June, in the first allocated period at the end of the fourth year, they can sit for the same examination in the same year’s November examination period, under the condition explained in Article 11.

Učenici su u obavezi da polože sve komponente ispita (esej i test razumevanja) kako bi uspešno položili AICE English General Paper.

The students must pass all components of the examination (the essay and the comprehension assessment) in order to successfully complete the AICE English General Paper.

Nastava iz Globalnih perspektiva se sprovodi u I i II razredu kroz dva časa nedeljno, dok se u III razredu sprovodi kroz jedan čas nedeljno.

Global Perspectives teaching takes place through two lessons per week in the first two years and one class per week in the third year. 

 Na kraju III razreda učenici stiču uslov da izađu na ispit iz AICE Global Perspectives and Research. Ukoliko ne postigne zadovoljavajuće rezultate ili ne izađe na ispit na kraju III razreda, u junu, u prvom predviđenom roku, učenik može izaći na ispit u novembarskom roku iste godine, objašnjenim u članu 11.

At the end of the third year, students become eligible for sitting for AICE Global Perspectives and Research examination. Students who do not achieve satisfactory results or do not take the exam at the end of the third year, in June, at the first scheduled time, can take this exam in the same year’s November period under the condition explained in Article 11.

Na kraju II razreda učenik može izaći na ispit IGCSE Global Perspectives u okviru programa IGCSE Cambridge Assessment International Education, Velika Britanija.

At the end of the second year, the student can sit for IGCSE Global Perspectives examination as part of the programme IGCSE Cambridge Assessment International Education, Great Britain.

Učenici su u obavezi da polože sve komponente ispita (esej, prezentacija projekta, pismeni ispit) kako bi uspešno položili AICE Global Perspectives and Research u III razredu, odnosno IGCSE Global Perspectives u II razredu. 

The students must pass all components of the examination (essay, project presentation, written exam) in order to successfully pass AICE Global Perspectives and Research in the third year, i.e. IGCSE Global Perspectives in the second year.

Nastava AICE Information Technology predmeta se sprovodi u svim razredima kroz jedan čas nedeljno. Učenik je u mogućnosti da deo ispita položi na kraju III razreda u predviđenim rokovima u junu i novembru, pod uslovom objašnjenim u članu 11, a deo na kraju IV razreda u istim rokovima i pod istim uslovima. Učenik može na kraju IV razreda polagati celokupan ispit u predviđenim rokovima u junu i novembru, pod uslovom objašnjenim u članu 11. 

The teaching of the subject AICE Information Technology takes place through one lesson per week in all years. The students can pass a part of the examination at the end of the third year at schedules times in June and November, under the condition explained in Article 11, and sit for the second part at the end of the fourth year, in the same periods, under the same conditions. The student can take the entire exam at the end of the fourth year, at scheduled times in June and November, under the condition explained in the Article 11. 

Učenici su u obavezi da polože sve komponente ispita (dva pismena rada i dva praktična rada) kako bi uspešno položili AICE Information Technology. 

The students must pass all components of the examination (two written papers and two practical projects) in order to successfully complete AICE Information Technology examination. 

Nastava AICE Business predmeta se sprovodi u I i II razredu kroz jedan čas nedeljno, u III razredu kroz dva časa nedeljno, a u IV razredu kroz tri časa nedeljno. Učenik je u mogućnosti da deo ispita položi na kraju III razreda u predviđenim rokovima u junu i novembru, pod uslovom objašnjenim u članu 11, a deo na kraju IV razreda u istim rokovima i pod istim uslovima. Učenik može na kraju IV razreda polagati celokupan ispit u predviđenim rokovima u junu i novembru, pod uslovom objašnjenim u članu 11. 

The teaching of subject AICE Business takes place through one lesson per week during the first two years, two lessons per week during the third year, and three lessons per week in the fourth year. The students can pass a part of the examination at the end of the third year at scheduled times in June and November, under the condition explained in Article 11, and sit for the second part at the end of the fourth year, in the same periods, under the same conditions. The student can take the entire exam at the end of the fourth year, at scheduled times in June and November, under the condition explained in the Article 11. 

Učenici su u obavezi da polože sve komponente ispita (dva pismena rada i jednu studiju slučaja) kako bi uspešno položili AICE Business. 

The students must pass all components of the examination (two written papers and one case study) in order to successfully complete the AICE Business examination.

Učenici pohađaju nastavu AICE predmeta prema fondu časova navedenom u članu 6 ovog pravilnika.

The students attend lessons in AICE subjects according to the number of classes stipulated in Article 6 of this document.

Pohađanje nastave AICE predmeta nije obavezno. Neopravdani izostanci sa nastave AICE ne potpadaju pod Pravilnik o izostancima Savremene gimnazije.

The attendance of lessons in AICE subjects is not compulsory. The School’s Regulations on Absences do not refer to unjustified absences from AICE lessons.

Ocenjivanje AICE predmeta

The grading of AICE subjects

Ocenjivanje AICE predmeta sprovodi se na osnovu kriterijuma navedenih u Pravilniku o ocenjivanju Cambridge International. 

The grading in AICE subjects is performed in accordance with the criteria defined by the Cambridge International grading system.

Ocena koju učenik može dobiti kroz pohađanje nastave, kroz usmene ili pismene provere znanja, izražena je slovom, a na osnovu uspeha izraženog u procentima:

The grade that the student can earn through attending lessons, through oral or written knowledge assessments, is expressed through a letter, based on achievement expressed as a percentage:

  • ocenu A* učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 90–100%;
  • ocenu A učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 80–89%;
  • ocenu B učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 70–79%;
  • ocenu C učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 60–69%;
  • ocenu D učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 50–59%;
  • ocenu F učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh ispod 50%.
  • ocenu A* učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 90–100%;
  • ocenu A učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 80–89%;
  • ocenu B učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 70–79%;
  • ocenu C učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 60–69%;
  • ocenu D učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 50–59%;
  • ocenu F učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh ispod 50%.

Ukoliko učenik nije prisustvovao pismenim, odnosno usmenim proverama znanja, na kraju godine se zaključuje oznaka Ungraded (U).

If the student does not attend written or oral knowledge assessments, instead of the aforementioned grades, their result is marked as Ungraded (U).

Smatra se da je učenik dobio pozitivnu ocenu ukoliko je ostvario uspeh od minimum 50%, odnosno ocenu D.

It is considered that the student has received a positive assessment if they achieved a result of at least 50%, i.e. grade D.

Ocenjivanje ispita iz AICE predmeta

Ocenjivanje ispita iz AICE predmeta sprovodi se na osnovu kriterijuma navedenih u Pravilniku o ocenjivanju Cambridge International. Ocenjivanje ispita sprovodi se eksterno.

At examinations in AICE subjects, the grading is performed according to Cambridge International’s grading system. These exams are evaluated externally.

Proveru i ocenjivanje svih komponenti ispita navedenih u članu 6 ovog pravilnika vrši Cambridge International. Savremena gimnazija ni na koji način ne može uticati na kriterijume ocenjivanja ili samo ocenjivanje.

The evaluation and grading of all components of the examination listed in Article 6 of this document are performed by Cambridge International. Savremena cannot influence the grading criteria or the grading itself in any way.

Ocena koju učenik može dobiti iz komponenti ispita i na samom ispitu iz AICE predmeta izražena je slovno, a na osnovu uspeha izraženog u procentima:

The grades that the students can receive based in examination components at the AICE subject examination itself is expressed through a letter, based on achievement expressed as a percentage:

  • ocenu A* učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 90–100%;
  • ocenu A učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 80–89%;
  • ocenu B učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 70–79%;
  • ocenu C učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 60–69%;
  • ocenu D učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 50–59%;
  • ocenu E učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 40–49%;
  • ocenu F učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 30–39%;
  • ocenu G učenik dobija ukoliko ostvari uspeh 20–29%.

 A* ocena se odnosi samo na predmete A nivoa, dok je maksimalna ocena za AS nivo A.

  • student receives grade A* for achievement of 90–100%;
  • student receives grade A for achievement of 80–89%;
  • student receives grade B for achievement of 70–79%;
  • student receives grade C for achievement of 60–69%;
  • student receives grade D for achievement of 50–59%;
  • student receives grade E for achievement of 40–49%;
  • student receives grade F for achievement of 30–39%;
  • student receives grade G for achievement of 20–29%.

A* refers only to A Level, while the maximum grade for AS Level is A.

Smatra se da je učenik položio ispit ukoliko je ostvario minimum 40%, odnosno ocenu E iz svih komponenti.

It is considered that the student has passed the exam if they achieved at least 40%, i.e. grade E in all components.

Izlazak na AICE ispit

Article 10

Učenik ostvaruje uslov za izlazak na ispit na osnovu člana 6 ovog pravilnika.

The student meets the requirements for taking an examination based on this document’s Article 6. 

Prijavu za izlazak učenika na ispit zakonski zastupnik učenika je dužan da podnese Školi najkasnije do prve nedelje februara za junski ispitni rok, odnosno 28. juna za novembarski ispitni rok, u godini u kojoj je predviđen izlazak na ispit prema članu 6 ovog pravilnika. U suprotnom, Škola neće učenika prijaviti za izlazak na ispit u ispitnom roku na koji se prijava odnosi.

The student’s legal representative must submit the exam application to the School not later than the first week of February for the June examination period and not later than 28 June for the November examination period, in the year adequate for taking the examination according to this document’s Article 6. Otherwise, the School will not register the student for examination at the time stated in the application.

Ukoliko se učenik ne pojavi na Cambridge International ispitima u za to predviđenim terminima, smatra se da je učenik izostao sa ispita. 

If the student does not show up for Cambridge International examination at the scheduled time, it is considered that the student was absent from examination. 

Izostanak sa ispita i neblagovremena obaveštenja o izlasku učenika na ispit od strane zakonskog zastupnika povlače plaćanje naknade za prijavu ispita u prvom sledećem ispitnom roku o trošku zakonskog zastupnika.

In consequence of absence from examination and the legal guardian’s failure to provide notice regarding the student’s presence at the examination shall, the legal guardian will be obliged to pay the exam application fee for the first available future examination period.

Visina troškova polaganja Cambridge International ispita određena je članom 15 ovog Pravilnika.

The cost of sitting for Cambridge International examinations is stipulated in Article 15 of this document.

Pre polaganja AICE predmeta u predviđenim rokovima učenici izlaze na probne ispite.

Prior to sitting for AICE subject exams, the students take the so-called mock exams.

Probni ispiti služe za bliže određivanje pripremljenosti učenika za polaganje ispita. Probne ispite organizuje i sprovodi Savremena gimnazija, dok se ocenjivanje sprovodi na osnovu Pravilnika o ocenjivanju Odeljenja za međunarodne ispite Univerziteta u Kembridžu, Velika Britanija – Cambridge Assessment International Education. Savremena gimnazija ni na koji način ne može uticati na kriterijum na osnovu kog se ocenjuje probni ispit.

Mock exams serve for a more precise assessment of the students’ preparedness for taking the actual examinations. Mock exams are organised and implemented by Savremena, while the grading is performed in accordance with Cambridge Assessment International Education’s grading system. Savremena can have no influence over the criteria based on which the mock exam is evaluated.

Probni ispiti se održavaju u januaru – za polaganje ispita u junskom ispitnom roku i u junu – za polaganje ispita u novembarskom ispitnom roku. Raspored održavanja probnih ispita određuje Savremena gimnazija, koja je dužna da putem elektronske pošte obavesti zakonskog zastupnika učenika i učenika o tačnom danu i vremenu probnih ispita 7 dana pre njihovog održavanja.

Mock exams take place in January – for examinations scheduled for the June exam series and in June for examinations scheduled for the November exam series. The schedule of mock exams is determined by Savremena, which is obliged to notify the student’s legal guardian and the student, via email, about the exact date and time of mock exams 7 days prior to their scheduled date and time.

Svi učenici prijavljeni za polaganje u obavezi su da izađu na probni ispit za ispitni rok u kome izlaze na ispit.

All students applied for examination are obliged to take the mock exam for the examination period in which they will sit for examination. 

Učenici imaju pravo da izađu na prijavljeni ispit u novembarskom roku pod uslovom da na probnom ispitu u junskom roku probnih ostvare uspeh od minimum 50% iz prijavljenog predmeta na probnom ispitu.

Students can take the registered exam in the November series, provided that they’ve achieved a minimum of 50% of the subject registered in the June mock exam series.

Ispiti se organizuju u Savremenoj gimnaziji, po programu i u skladu sa Pravilnikom Cambridge International.

The exams are held at Savremena, according to the curriculum and the regulations of Cambridge International. 

Ispiti se polažu pismeno i usmeno, pred odgovornim licima angažovanim od strane Škole, zaduženim za regularnost polaganja ispita (Invigilators). Lice zaduženo za regularnost ispitnog roka i usklađenost postupka polaganja ispita sa pravilima i procedurama definisanim od strane Cambridge International jeste Cambridge Examinations Officer.

The exams are taken in written and oral form, supervised by responsible persons (Invigilators) appointed by the School, who are in charge of the regularity of the examinations. The person in charge of the regularity of the examination period and the conformity of the examination procedure with the rules and procedures defined by Cambridge International is a Cambridge Examinations Officer.

Termine ispita utvrđuje Cambridge International, o čemu obaveštava Školu, koja je obavezna da o njihovom održavanju obavesti učenike i njihove zakonske zastupnike putem mejla najkasnije 10 dana pre početka prvog ispita u ispitnom roku.

Cambridge Examination determines the examination time and notifies the School about the scheduled exams; the School is obliged to notify students and their legal guardians by Cambridge International, which notifies the students legal and their legal guardians about the schedule via email, not later than 10 days before the start of the first examination in the period.

Savremena gimnazija ni na koji način ne može uticati na utvrđivanje, promenu ili korekciju termina ispita.

Savremena cannot influence the scheduling, changing or correcting of the examination times.

Prijave za polaganje ispita se podnose popunjavanjem onlajn-formulara koji se nalazi u okviru zvaničnog mejl-obaveštenja, upućenog zakonskim zastupnicima učenika sa zvanične mejl-adrese Škole. U februaru se podnose prijave za junski ispitni rok, odnosno u junu za novembarski ispitni rok. Tačan period za prijavu ispita utvrđuje Cambridge International.

Applications for examination are submitted through an online form within the official email notification sent to the students’ legal guardians from the School’s official address. Applications for the June examination period are submitted in February, and applications for the November period are submitted in June. The exact period for exam application is determined by Cambridge International.

Prijavu za izlazak učenika na ispit zakonski zastupnik je dužan da podnese Školi najkasnije do prve nedelje februara za junski ispitni rok, odnosno do 28. juna za novembarski ispitni rok, što je predstavljeno u članu 10 ovog pravilnika. 

The legal guardian is obliged to submit the exam application not later than the first week of February for the June examination period, and 28 June for the November examination period, as stated in Article 10 of this document. 

U slučaju prijave izlaska na ispit nakon isteka perioda koji utvrđuje Cambridge International, za prijavu ispita uplaćuje se naknada za kasnu prijavu ispita, čiji iznos utvrđuju Cambridge International i Škola.

In the event of applying for an examination after the expiration of the period determined by Cambridge International, exam application will require the payment of late exam application fee, in the amount determined by Cambridge International and the School.

Regularne prijave za polaganje ispita se podnose prema stavu 1 ovog člana. 

Regular exam applications are submitted in accordance with this article’s first paragraph.

Ukoliko se učenik prijavi za polaganje ispita nakon roka za prijavu u februaru za junski ispitni rok, odnosno u junu za novembarski ispitni rok, zakonski zastupnik je dužan da plati naknadu za kasnu prijavu izlaska na ispit.

If a student applies for examination after the February application deadline for the June examination period, or after the June application deadline for the November examination period, the legal representative is obliged to pay the late exam application fee.

Prijave za polaganje ispita uz plaćanje naknade za kasnu prijavu ispita o trošku zakonskog zastupnika učenika mogu se podneti najkasnije mesec dana pre početka ispitnog roka po rasporedu Cambridge International.

Exam application with application payments by the student's legal guardian can be submitted not later than one month before the start of the examination period according to Cambridge International’s schedule.

Visinu troškova izlaska na ispit, kao i naknade za kasnu prijavu izlaska na ispit, određuju Cambridge International i Škola. Savremena gimnazija ni na koji način ne može uticati na određenje i korekciju visine troškova polaganja ili kasne prijave ispita koju utvrđuje Cambridge International.

The cost of sitting for examination and the amount of the late examination application fee are determined by Cambridge International and School. Savremena cannot influence the determining and correction of the amount of examination cost or late examination fee determined by Cambridge International in any way.

Ispiti se organizuju u junskom i novembarskom ispitnom roku. Raspored ispita određuje Cambridge International.

Examinations are scheduled in June and November examination periods. This schedule is determined by Cambridge International.

Raspored ispita upućuje Cambridge International Savremenoj gimnaziji i ne može se menjati na zahtev učenika ili zakonskog zastupnika učenika Škole.

The schedule is presented to Savremena by Cambridge International and cannot be altered at the request of the student or the legal representative of the student of the School.

Škola je dužna da o rasporedu Cambridge International ispita mejlom obavesti učenike i zakonske zastupnike učenika najkasnije 10 dana pre prvog održanog ispita u ispitnom roku.

The School is obliged to notify the students and the students’ legal representatives about the schedule of Cambridge International exams via email not later than 10 days prior to the first exam in the examination period.

Troškovi prve prijave po predmetu za polaganje ispita u junskom ili novembarskom ispitnom roku u drugoj, trećoj i četvrtoj godini školovanja uračunati su u školarinu za te školske godine.

The costs of first application per subject for sitting for examination in June or November examination period in the second, third and fourth year are included in the tuition fee for said years.

Škola je dužna da o prijavi ispita obavesti zakonske zastupnike učenika putem mejla najkasnije u januaru za junski ispitni rok, odnosno u maju za novembarski ispitni rok.

The School is obliged to notify the students’ legal representatives about exam application not later than January for the June examination period, and not later than May for November examination period.

Zakonski zastupnik je dužan da blagovremeno izvrši prijavu izlaska učenika na ispit u junskom, odnosno novembarskom roku, najkasnije do prve nedelje februara za junski ispitni rok, odnosno do 28. juna za novembarski ispitni rok, na način predstavljen u članu 13 ovog pravilnika.

The legal guardian is obliged to submit exam applications in a timely manner for the June and November examination period, not later than the first week of February for the June examination period and not later than 28 June for the November examination period, in the way stipulated in Article 13 of this document.

Blagovremenom prijavom izostanka učenika sa ispita podrazumeva se obaveza zakonskog zastupnika učenika da Školi uputi mejl sa obaveštenjem da učenik neće izaći na ispit – najkasnije do prve nedelje februara za junski rok, odnosno do 28. juna za novembarski rok.

Timely notification of student’s absence from the exam refers to the legal guardian’s obligation to send an email to the School notifying it that the student will not sit for the examination – not later than the first week of February for the June period, and not later 28 June for the November period. 

U slučaju blagovremene prijave izostanka učenika sa ispita, prijava za sledeći ispitni rok biće o trošku Škole, čime se ispunjava stav 1 ovog člana.

In the event of a timely notification regarding a student's absence from the examination, the application for the next examination period shall be at the School\s expense, pursuant to the first paragraph of this article.

U slučaju neblagovremenog obaveštenja nasuprot stavu 3 ovog člana, Škola neće prijaviti učenika za polaganje ispita u prvom sledećem ispitnom roku. 

Should the student’s legal representative fail to provide a timely notification as stipulated in paragraph 3 of this article, the School will not apply the student for sitting for the examination in the next examination period. 

Stav 5 ovog člana odnosi se isključivo na prvu prijavu ispita. 

Paragraph 5 of this article refers solely to the first application for an exam. 

U slučaju da učenik po prijavi ispita nije pristupio polaganju ispita, nije položio ispit ili nije zadovoljan ocenom iz ispitnog predmeta, može ga ponovo polagati u narednom ispitnom roku, pri čemu troškove prijave polaganja ispita snosi zakonski zastupnik.

Upon the application for the exam, if the student does not sit for examination, does not pass the exam or is not satisfied with the grade, the exam can be retaken in the next examination period, with exam application cost covered by the legal representative.

Visinu troškova prijave za svako sledeće polaganje ispita u slučajevima da učenik nije pristupio polaganju ispita, nije položio ispit ili nije zadovoljan ocenom iz ispitnog predmeta određuju Cambridge International i Škola.

The amount of the cost of applying for each subsequent examination in case that the student did not take the exam, failed the exam or is not satisfied with the grade is determined by Cambridge International and the School.

Škola ni na koji način ne može uticati na visinu troškova za polaganje ispita, koju utvrđuje Cambridge International.

The School has no influence over the amount of examination expenses, which is determined by Cambridge International.

Da bi učenik dobio AICE diplomu, potrebno je da položi sve ispite iz AICE predmeta predviđene planom i programom na Kombinovanom programu sa minimalnom ocenom E i ostvarenih 40% iz svih komponenti ispita navedenih u članu 6 ovog pravilnika.

In order to acquire an AICE diploma, the student must pass all examinations according to the Combined Programme curriculum with a minimum grade E and 40% per cent achievement in all components listed in Article 6 of this document.

Ispitnu dokumentaciju pregleda Odeljenje za međunarodne ispite Univerziteta u Kembridžu, Velika Britanija (Cambridge Assessment International Education), te na osnovu toga izdaje Statement of Results/Certificate, kao i zvaničnu diplomu, ukoliko učenik položi sve predviđene ispite.

Exam documentation is evaluated by Cambridge Assessment International Education, Great Britain; based on this assessment, the same organisation issues the Statement of Results/Certificate, as well as the official diploma, if the student has passed all the required examinations. 

Savremena gimnazija ni na koji način ne može uticati na njihovo izdavanje.

Savremena has no influence over the issuing thereof.

Upućivanje prigovora i žalbi na Kombinovanom programu

Complaints and appeals regarding the Combined Programme

Na osnovu člana 2 ovog pravilnika, podnošenje prigovora i žalbi u vezi sa nacionalnim kurikulumom u okviru Kombinovanog programa uređeno je Zakonom o osnovama sistema obrazovanja i vaspitanja.

Pursuant to Article 2 of this document, complaints and appeals regarding the national curriculum within the Combined Programme is regulated by the Law on the Foundations of Education.

Upućivanje prigovora učenika ili zakonskih zastupnika na nastavni proces internacionalnog kurikuluma, ocene iz AICE predmeta, predmetnog nastavnika AICE predmeta, organizaciju i sprovođenje Cambridge International ispita ili bilo kakav oblik diskriminacije u okviru internacionalnog kurikuluma uređeno je ovim članom.     

Complaints by students or their legal representatives regarding the international curriculum teaching process, AICE subject grades, AICE subject teachers, the organisation and implementation of Cambridge International examinations or any form of discrimination within the international curriculum is regulated by this article.  

Prigovori na osnovu stava 2 ovog člana upućuju se u pismenoj formi najkasnije 3 dana od događaja na koji se prigovor odnosi. 

Complaints based on Paragraph 2 of this article are submitted in written form not later than 3 days following the event in question. 

Prigovori na osnovu stava 2 ovog člana mogu biti upućeni na jedan od tri načina:

Complaints based in Paragraph 2 of this article can be submitted in one of the following three ways:

  • pismeno, putem školskog portala;
  • pismeno, putem imejl-adrese Škole;
  • pismeno, u prostorijama Škole.

Na prigovore iz stava 2 ovog člana odgovara Komisija za prigovore najkasnije 5 radnih dana od dana kada je prigovor podnet.

  • in writing, via the school portal;
  • in writing, via the School’s email address;
  • in writing, at the school premises.

Complaints stipulated in Paragraph 2 of this article are responded to by the Complaints Commission, not later than 5 days after the day the complaint was filed.

Komisiju iz stava 5 ovog člana čine direktor Škole, psiholog i/ili pedagog Škole i menadžer Kembridž programa.

The Commission referred to in Paragraph 5 of this Article comprises the School’s principal, psychologist or pedagogist and the Cambridge Programme manager.

U slučaju prigovora na ponašanje predmetnog nastavnika AICE predmeta, komisija iz stava 5 ovog člana ima rok od 15 dana da odgovori na podneti prigovor.

In the event of a complaint regarding the behaviour of an AICE subject teacher, the Commission referred to in Paragraph 5 of this article will respond to the complaint within 15 days.

Na odgovor komisije na podnet prigovor, učenik ili zakonski zastupnik imaju rok od 5 radnih dana da podnesu žalbu Školskom odboru.

Complaints regarding the Commission’s response to a complaint can be filed with the School Board within 5 workdays.

Školski odbor određen članom 34 Statuta Savremene gimnazije dužan je da odgovori na žalbu u roku od 15 radnih dana od dana kada je žalba podneta.

The School Board, stipulated in Article 34 of the Statute of Savremena Gimnazija, is obliged to respond to the complaint within 15 days of filing the complaint.

Odluka Školskog odbora u vidu odgovora na žalbu je konačna. 

The School Board’s decision responding to a complaint is final.

Ovaj pravilnik stupa na snagu osmog dana od dana objavljivanja na oglasnoj tabli Škole.

This document shall come into force on the 8th day following its publication on the School’s notice board.

Stupanjem na snagu ovog pravilnika, prestaje da važi Pravilnik o Kombinovanom programu od 20. 12. 2019.godine, del.br. 1-65/2019.

The Regulations on the Combined Programme from December 20, 2019 ceases to be applicable from the date of entry into force of these Regulations.
